Jennifer has thirty years of experience in estate planning, probate, trust administration, conservatorship/guardianship administration, corporate law and fiduciary tax. Having worked in Arizona and California, she has experience with high net worth individuals and understands the complexity of closely held companies that many families have built from the ground up. Jennifer has been mentored by some of the best legal minds in Arizona and California and has drafted hundreds of estate planning and legal documents.
Jennifer was one of the first people to be certified by the Arizona Supreme Court as a Professional Licensed Private Fiduciary and sat for the Certified Legal Document Preparer exam, which she passed. Jennifer volunteered for the Arizona Agency on Aging and is passionate about protecting Arizona’s incapacitated and vulnerable residents. She was a board member of the Arizona Paralegal Association and takes pride in her profession and her role as an assistant to attorneys.
Jennifer’s favorite aspect of working as a paralegal is assisting clients and getting to know every single one.
Jennifer has two sons, is an avid reader, loves to watch movies and may be seen motorcycling around town on her Harley Davidson raising money for various charities so look out for her. Her knowledge and experience are a welcome asset to the firm.
