Katie Hanna, Office Manager

Katie Hanna worked with Julie at The Law Offices of Chester B. McLaughlin from 2016 to 2021, when Julie opened her firm. Katie is the office manager and bookkeeper for Julie Martin Elder & Special Needs Law, PLLC, and works from home with occasional trips to our Prescott office. She oversees all office operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiency. She is the first contact our clients have at our firm. She answers all phone calls, is in charge of handling human resources matters, event and seminar planning, client billings, client fee agreements, and all of the firm’s other business matters. Katie is very personable, friendly, caring, professional, and organized. She has a love for all of our clients and families and is always striving to make them happy.

Education and Background

Katie graduated from Ventura Community College with her AA in Liberal Arts and Psychology with a 4.0 GPA. She has worked in this area of Law since 2014 and has studied at Yavapai College in Business Management and Bookkeeping. Katie has lived in Prescott since 2012, is married and has four boys and two girls, all of whom are amazing athletes and students. Katie is the oldest of five siblings, and grew up in Kansas.
